I’m a fan of going to places with decent parking. If it’s hard to find a spot, it sometimes makes me wonder if visiting that shop or restaurant is worth it. Is it the same for you?

I first tried to visit Tea-do, a bubble tea shop, in Rockville. I circled it so many times. Even waited for 10 minutes and checked again. Nothing but disappointment. Months later, I found out there was another Tea-do not too far from me in Ellicott City, MD. I was excited to finally try it.

This Tea-do location is small and has a few sofas. They also have a table with a few stools. It’s a great place to stop in for bubble tea by yourself or hang out with a friend.

WHAT I ORDERED

Tea-do offers specialty drinks, milk tea, green tea, black tea, Yakult drinks, fresh fruit drinks, coffee drinks, and some food items. I decided to order Vietnamese Iced Coffee since it had been on my mind for a while. Toppings include regular boba, strawberry jelly, mango popping boba, and coffee jelly. You can choose your sugar level: 0%, 30%, 50%, 70%, or 100%. Small and large sizes are available.

Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Vietnamese Iced Coffee is usually made with strong coffee made using a Phin filter. Hot water is poured over coffee grounds, and coffee is formed as water travels through the filter and into a cup that contains sweetened condensed milk. It’s one of my favorite coffee drinks. I ordered mine with pudding jelly and 100% sugar level.

I loved this Vietnamese Iced Coffee so much. I could tell that the coffee was fresh. The creaminess of the sweetened condensed milk is my favorite part of this drink. It’s such a great way to sweeten coffee in general. I chose the pudding jelly because I thought it would pair well with this drink since it’s such a smooth topping. I’d absolutely order this drink again. If you enjoy coffee and haven’t had Vietnamese Iced Coffee, I think you’ll like this drink.

WRAP-UP

This shop has a pretty well-rounded menu. I think there’s something on it for everyone. The employees were so kind and didn’t mind that I came with multiple orders since my family loves bubble tea so much. I want to go back and try a couple of the specialty drinks. The next time you’re in Ellicott City, MD, I recommend checking out Tea-do! There are also locations in Fairfax, VA, Annandale, VA, and Rockville, MD.
